Ole's Big Game Bar and Swede's lounge need no introduction.  Even if you are browsing this web site from your computer somewhere overseas, chances are pretty good you have heard of Ole's.  The small town of Paxton almost seems to center around Ole's and Swede's which are steeped in a rich history.  Ole's is the restaurant side where you can dine on some very fine cuisine while surrounded by immaculate taxidermy displays of Ole's many trophies.  Animals of all sizes and from all over the world are peering at you from every corner of the restaurant.

Great food, a unique atmosphere, top-notch service and of course a Stan The Man performance in Swede's Lounge now and then make Ole's and Swede's a must stop.

Ole's been gone for a few years now, so now Tim and Deb Holsfaster are at the helm.  A wonderfully nice, great looking young couple that do an excellent job at Swede's and Ole's.
