Reggie is in his second year of racing and last year (1998) he swept the Pee Wee class with ease.  It's a big jump from the automatic clutch, one speed Pee Wees to the manual shifting bikes in the 60cc class but Reggie is adapting well and exhibits good technique and a winning, sportsman-like attitude.  Mike and I went to high school together at Axtell and the first two-wheeler I ever drove, at about age 9, was Mike's dad's Honda Trail 50.  An experience that is etched in my mind like an inscription on stone.  Reggie's mom, Nancy, is also active in the sport and can usually be found operating the starting gate or some other crucial duty at the track.

     This guy has been around the MX tracks even longer than me.  In fact, I think he's older than me.  A super nice dude who now resides in Columbus, Nebraska, Gary can still put in a solid ride.  He blew by me so fast today in the second Over 40 moto that all my tear-offs pulled off my goggles from the draft.
